Ngoài giá cả hợp lý cho dành cho giáo viên và sinh viên, Acer còn hỗ trợ 2 đối tượng này bằng cách hỗ trợ tiền mặt trở lại cho họ sau khi mua máy tính Acer. Hình thức hỗ trợ như sau:
- Khi mua 1 máy tính để bàn SA20 có giá từ 399 - 489 USD, tùy theo model, GV hoặc SV được hỗ trợ lại tiền mặt từ 20 -30 USD.
- Khi mua 1 máy tính xách tay TM2304 có giá 888 USD, GV hoặc SV sẽ được hỗ trợ lại tiền mặt 38 USD và với máy tính xách tay TM2308 có giá 1099USD người mua sẽ được hỗ trợ lại 50USD.
